The kitchen with dining area is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer combination. Sufficient crockery, cutlery and pots are available. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available. A large corner sofa is available for you in the living room. Opposite is a Full HD LCD 50 inch Smart TV and a DAB Bluetooth radio. The spacious bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses each 100cm x200cm (with hygiene covers), allergy beds, 2 bedside tables with reading lamps and large wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed with a lying surface 200cm x 140m (downstairs) and with 90cm x 200cm (upstairs), clamp spots, allergy beds as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious washstand with base cabinets and illuminated mirror cabinet, towel dryer, WC and floor-level shower. In the entrance area there is a wardrobe, mirror, bench with shoe compartment and a small cupboard. The flat also has a ventilation system, electric blinds and underfloor heating. The terrace is furnished with a sunshade. Cleaning utensils, hoover and cleaning equipment, clothes horse are available.
